Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is the latest game in the Sniper series. Its predecessor was popular, selling more than 2 million copies. The multi-platform game is designed around being exclusively a sniper and is based on the powerful CryENGINE 3 developed by Crytek – the same engine used to build Crysis 2. This helps the game achieve crisp visuals and provide diverse sniper challenges by giving the game realistic weapons, ballistics and environmental factors.

The game has very diverse gameplay. Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 takes all the breathless anticipation, precise controls and skillful fun of sniping and mixes it with stealth gameplay. There are night vision and thermal vision goggles to use in situations with limited visibility. The game also has variety in levels. Some of the varied locations include jungles, mountains and urban levels.

The game has realistic ballistics that take into account the player’s location, wind speed and direction, breathing rate and distance from the target. Working with spotters is the key difference between life and death. All the environments of the game are based on real world locations. The game also includes realistic weapons at the player’s disposal, including six sniper rifles, three assault rifles, heavy machine guns and more.

Hide in the bushes and shoot stuff!

The game rewards skilled gameplay and difficult shots with a bullet cam for critical hits, such as headshots. The game shows your kill in excruciating amounts of detail.

The game is built on CryENGINE 3, one of the most advanced multi-platform development tool for current generation consoles and the PC. The game has added more equipment for the player to use for stealth gameplay. There are multiplayer modes designed especially for sniper duels.

Anderson grew up in the cold wilderness of Alaska where he learned the skills of hunting, marksmanship and tracking at a very early age.
