Samsung is claiming yet another world-first at this year’s CES – a soundbar that can connect with a TV using wireless Bluetooth technology.

The HW-F750 integrates a vacuum tube amplifier into a soundbar for the first time and provides for natural sound. The smart soundbar’s gyroscope sensor gauges height, rotation and slope to optimise sound quality, whether the soundbar is placed in a horizontal or vertical position. Effectively, this means the soundbar can be placed virtually in any nook of the house and it will gauge its surrounding to improve sound.

The HW-F750 can be controlled using a TV remote control after the new AirtackON function that automatically powers the soundbar on when the TV is switched on. The slim metal design and separate wireless subwoofer will make it easy to be paired up with TVs and look good. Additionally, its SoundShare function enables it to be wirelessly connected to a TV via Bluetooth.

A portable wireless, Bluetooth Speaker DA-F60, too has been launched. The speaker can be paired with smartphones and tablets by using its Near-Field communications feature. It can also be used to pair with a TV wirelessly. Weighing three pounds, the -F60 incorporates neodymium magnets and a passive radiator to produce results typically found in high-end Hi-Fi audio systems, including tuned low-frequency reproduction and virtually no distortion even at high volumes.

Samsung also launched a 7.1 channel home theatre system, intended to be used with the 2013 line of Samsung Smart TVs. The HT-F9750W will offer an impressive 1,300 watt sound using a vacuum tube pre-amplifier, swivel speaker coupled DTS Neo fusion codec, a Gallium Nitride amplifier and a Ceramic Polypropylene Injection Diaphragm speaker.Samsung's 4K Scaler Processor in the HT-F9750W is said to produce UHD-level picture quality. The Blu-ray component of the HT-F9750W can run multiple apps simultaneously, offering Smart Hub and AllShare features.

A premium Blu-Ray player BD-F7500 upscales content to 4K quality and offers a dual-core processor as well as Smart Hub and AllShare. The BD-F7500's video processor includes a proprietary Samsung algorithm that will improve the visual quality of block-based low bit-rate coded images and reduces blocking artifacts. This feature will help maximise the visual quality of content streamed from the Internet, as well as improving the quality of picture sharpness.
