BSNL Changes Speed of Unlimited plans

Today I was downloading a Movie then suddenly i saw that my speed is 130 KBps

I was shocked then i started downloading other file then also the speed remains 130Kbps

Then i think of that BSNL may have changed speed of their Plans

MY Plan is 750 UL 512Kb Unlimited

Then i checked their plans and there was Increase in Speed of Every Unlimited Plan as shown below---




NOTE- BSNL Also changed Limited Plans and Unlimited Plans with High Speed on same Price

ULD2150 --- OLD Speed-1Mbps upto 100 GB after 256Kb
NEW---- 4Mbps upto 175 GB after it 256Kb
