A-DATA has announced a new line of power supplies for desktop computers, called the BN Series that have been certified as 80 PLUS (Bronze).
The power supplies are EuP and Energy Star 5.0 complaint and includes an active PFC.
The power supply includes dual +12V rails which should hopefully bring stability and reliability to the system while overclocking.
A-DATA has gone with a somewhat stylish design with its power supplies. There is laminated steel on the outsides of the PSU that makes it stand out.
The BN series power supplies weigh around 2.61 kg and features over voltage, under voltage protection as well as temperature monitoring.
ADATA has already started to distribute the BN series power supply units through selected distributors and resellers and the 400W, 450W and 500W units are priced at €60, €63 and €66, respectively.
