1. World Wide Web (www)
It was the sunny morning of November 12, 1990, when Sir Berners-Lee produced a simple outlining script which was named as World Wide Web (which we know today as www or web).
No one at that time knew that what a revolutionary thing it will going to be. During the same year, Sir Berners-Lee created a first ever web server and web browser. Above picture is the first ever web server.

2. Photoshop
Under the adobe banner, two brothers John and Thomas Knoll developed an amazing graphic program the Photoshop. It is from one of those words which became a brand in itself. Abode Photoshop is a great image manipulating program which have almost no competitor in market.

3. CP/M
CP/M was the best accidental invention ever seen. The story was that Gary Kidall was working in lab and wanted to continue his work at home. but there is some difference in his home computer and the lab computer. Only solution is to separate out the machine parts differences. It simplified the road to CP/M.

4. Unix
Ken Thompson was the person who developed Unix to run his one game faster. Unix had CP/M feature that is why it can easily be ported between different computing machines. Based on high level language, Unix can perform a lot functions like compiler or editing with much efficiency. Today, the Apple`s Mac OS and most of other famous applications initially start with Unix.

5. C Programming Language
Another great invention in computing field is C language. It was written by Dennis Ritchie in 1972. It is very simple and much like UNIX. Almost every program or document script is being written in C language. This programming language gave great editing, compiling and extendibility functions. Today, most applications throughout Windows/Linux/Mac OS are written in C, C++ or C#.
