English Line Translations:

Line 1: Both of the blind parents cry after listening to the horrible story King Dashrat has told them. They tell King Dashrat that they don't want to drink water out of his hands.

Line 2: The blind parents ask King Dashrat "What enmity have you sought out from past ages?", "Who will serve us blind parents?", "Who will warm our hearts?"

Line 3: The blind parents say "You have destroyed a part of us and let us tell you the one out of hundreds... just kill us with the arrow you pierced into our son".

Line 4: The blind parents curse Dashrat by saying "The words of the poor don't just pass by. You will also die yearning for your sons and you'll never even find a place in hell".

Line 5: Unknown speaker(s) say(s): "Please dear God, don't ever put anyone through this misery. When the time comes, even loved ones turn away. When the time comes, the ones with huge palaces must live in small cottages. When the time comes, even birds must leave their nesting grounds".
