You can use this on banners or signature
Open a new file using 320x20 pixels using photoshop Shortcut Key ctrl+N..
We can use fill color or gradient tool Any color will do
then get a image that you like use Pen tool (P) for cutting an image dont forget to use zoom so that you cut will clean.
put the image where you like to put it and put a text
this is the example
Click ang Window > Animation so that the animation will appear
duplicate the image and drag and object to the top so that the Bottom
image will appear
click the two frames and click the tween (beside the duplicate) set the number and set from the top to the Bottom
duplicate the first frame again and drag it to the last part of the frames.
click the two last frame and tween it again, and delete the lasdt frame (beside the duplicate right part
set the delay frame that you desired
then test press the play button if you like then save it. :D
to save your file
File > Save Optimized As
