just click on EDIT menu and selct than ADJUSTMENT layer

simpli click on britness the dilog bow open and u can slect the britness of the layer

use masking tool and first copy the layer then after pressing masking tool plus de nishan varga gola aao u can decrease and in crease it area by pressing [ and ] they are short key then press alt and select the nearby area of dot all thing is that tusi kaulo di patch chukke dot te rakhna va so aeda lage ki oh orignal image aa and agar jyada vada dot ya koi hor problem aa ta tannu dubara dubara alt press krke masking krni peni means patch chukke laune pene . hope it really help full for u !!! and wait i post some caps for u

but it all about contrast how to bright and adjust colour but aede naal vi ho sakda portion select krke but below is sasta and takau tareeka . sorry je burra laga mein sirf apne bare dasya how i edit my pics

Bai ji BLUR option ch ja ke 1st option select karo jis nu vi kale to chitta karna hai uste click Muse karke ragro.... tusi iston pehla us place te usde nal milda ulda cloure vi laga ke usnu BLUR kar sakde ho
