ViewSonic ViewPad 4 Android Phone



First seen at the CES 2011, ViewSonic’s ViewPad 4 appears again at the MWC 2011.
The ViewPad 4 is an Android smartphone with a 4.1-inch 800×480 capacitive touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel main camera and a 0.3 Megapixel front camera.

It is powered by 1GHz processor with 1GB of RAM. The demo unit is running Android 2.2 and ViewSonic is going to ship the phone with latest version Android when it is launched.
The ViewPad 4 has 2GB of ROM and a microSD card slot. It supports GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity.
Price & Availability

According to ViewSonic, the ViewPad 4 will be released in May – so Google should launch Android 2.4 a bit earlier. The smartphone will hit Europe and Asia – for the moment, ViewSonic has no plans to launch it in North America.
