Samsung mobiles has launched the very first of it’s kind, a clam shell form factor Android Phone Samsung W899.
The clam shell phone features dual 3.3-inch Super AMOLED touchscreens with 480 x 800 pixels resolution, a super fast 1GHz processor, a 5 Megapixel camera with 1280x720p HD video recording at 30fps and flash.
The phone runs on Android 2.2 Froyo and also features GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a microSD card slot upto 32GB.
Samsung W899 Phone work in 800/1900MHz (CDMA) and 900/1800/1900MHz (GSM) networks, while 3G is only support in CDMA network.
The phone measures 57.4 x 107.5 x 17.55 mm, weighs 183g and packs a Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery.
