Samsung i997 Infuse 4G packs a 4.5″ Super AMOLED Plus display




Rounding out the devices AT&T has announced this morning is the Samsung Infuse 4G which runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system.
Not only does the Samsung i997 Infuse 4G take the display size to the 4.5 inches, but it also introduces a new Super AMOLED technology that should lead to image quality even sweeter than before and mprove both contrast and outdoor visibility.
It’s 4.5-inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen provide resolution of 480 x 800 pixel & 16M colors, Instant Messaging, 1.3 megapixel secondary camera, 3.5 mm audio jack, etc.
Inside the heart it’s equipped with a 1.2 GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor and also includes different sensors such as Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, Proximity Sensor for auto turn-off etc.
It can record 1080p HD video at 30 frames per second and also supports various types of video as well as audio formats.
The Samsung i997 Infuse 4G Smartphone also supports Adobe Flash player, image/video editor, Geo-tagging, face and smile detection, Multi shot, Effects, Self-timer, Panorama etc.
It operates at frequency of GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 / HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 Mhz and comes in black color option.
