Samsung Galaxy SL i9003 Super Clear LCD Display Phone

Samsung has officially introduced another variation of the company’s flagship Galaxy S smartphone.
It’s not the Galaxy S2, which will be unveiled at MWC 2011 soon – but the Galaxy SL i9003
The Galaxy SL uses 4-inch SUPER CLEAR LCD 800×480 display instead of AMOLED screen, and is powered by 1GHz TI OMAP 3630 processor instead of Samsung’s own Hummingbird.
Other features are same as the Galaxy S, including a 5 Megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth, FM tuner, 16GB internal memory and a microSD card slot.
It is slightly heavier and slightly thicker than the i9000 and the battery has been increased to 1650 mAh.
More important, the Galaxy SL ships with Android 2.2 which increases the likelihood we’ll see a timely Android 2.3 update.
There’s no word on when or where the Galaxy SL i9003 will be released
