Samsung Galaxy S2 – Powerful Beast Inside

The Samsung Galaxy S2 rumor has been floating around the internet for several months now. The Samsung Galaxy S variants have been a nice success so far and fans are looking forward to the next iteration of the series.
According to the talk circulating Russian forum itrans the Galaxy S2 is said to have a whopping 4.3-inch 1,280 x 720 Super AMOLED display with around 340 pixels per inch, certainly intruding into Apple’s Retina Display realm.


Samsung Galaxy S2 supposedly have the following specifications:

• 4.3-inch SAMOLED2 display at 1280×720 and 340 dpi
• 2 GHz CPU
• 1 GB RAM, 4 GB ROM, 32 GB storage with microSD slot for cards up to 32 GB
• 8 MP camera with full HD video recording
• Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, A-GPS
• Accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity and all the other Android standards
• Running Android 3.0 (Gingerbread)

The Galaxy S2 is supposed to see a Q1 2011 release, which is good timing given that it’s anywhere between 6-8 months since the original release. And if Samsung intends to keep up with the quickly rising competition, that time frame would be perfect.
