When we talk about Android smart-phones Pantech doesn’t comes in mind.
But they are the first one to bring DDR2 memory to the Android smart-phone.
The Pantech Vega X features a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen display, a 5-megapixel autofocus camera and a 1GHz Snapdragon MSM8255 processor, 512 MB DDR2 RAM, up to 32GB expandable memory, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, DLNA, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, HSDPA and runs Android 2.2 Froyo.
Company claims that this will result in 1.5 faster performance compared to previous smart-phones that use DDR1 memory instead.
The smart-phone will arrive in South Korea via KT and LG Telecom with unknown price.
