Even as OnePlus gears up to announce its latest smartphone, rumoured as the OnePlus Two or OnePlus 2, new media reports suggests the company is going to slash the price of its OnePlus One smartphone on June 1. OnePlus will reportedly cut the price of its device by $50 (Rs. 3187 roughly).

If the price cut happens, the 64GB model will be priced at $298 (Rs. 18998.23), while the 16GB variant will available for $248 (Rs. 15810). The OnePlus One is currently available in India for Rs. 21,998 (64GB) and Rs. 18,998 (16GB). After the price cut, the OnePlus One will heat up competition with Xiaomi's Mi4 which is available for approximately Rs 17,999 (16GB). OnePlus One hasn't confirmed reports of a price cut.
