Now Pay to The Customer Care

Seems like strange but yes you have to pay to the customer care representative now for every call you make.


Airtel has started this concept that for whenever u call @ 121 IVR you have to pay nothing...


but when you press option 9 to talk to the customre care representative you will have to pay 0.50 P/3 Minutes......


Sounds like strange but all the companies are now following this concept.

I Think this will reduce the call rush to customer care :)
