The network carrier will launch the LG Thrill 4G on August 7, 2011 for $100 with a new 2-year contract agreement.
The Thrill 4G’s primary competition is going to be the HTC EVO 3D on Sprint, as the only two no-glasses-required 3D smartphones in the States.
There is no word yet on whether the Thrill 4G will ship with Gingerbread but if today’s announcement is any indication, AT&T will likely be upgrading this 3D phone’s OS soon.
AT&T has yet to announce a street date for this phone but will be sure to keep our eye out for one.
