After Celkon, Karbonn, Micromax, and Xolo, iBall is the latest Indian brand to join the Windows Phone bandwagon with the official listing of the Andi 4L Pulse.
iBall's first Windows Phone 8.1 OS-based smartphone is now listed on the company's site without pricing and availability details.

Notably, the iBall Andi 4L Pulse earlier this month was first claimed to be available at Rs. 4,899 in the Indian market according to an established retailer.

The iBall Andi 4L Pulse a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device and the first smartphone in the company's lineup to run Windows Phone 8.1. It features a 4-inch HD (480x800 pixels) TFT display, and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 alongside 512MB of RAM.

The smartphone sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and BSI sensor, while it also houses a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. There is no word on the inbuilt storage of the Andi 4L Pulse; though the retailer had earlier suggested 4GB of built-in storage which further supports expandable storage.

Much like other Windows Phone devices, the Andi 4L Pulse also comes preloaded with OneDrive, Xbox, Microsoft Office, and Bing search apps. It packs a 1500mAh battery with no word on talk time and standby time. The iBall Andi 4L Pulse comes with GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro-USB connectivity options. The smartphone is currently listed in Black colour variant only.

If the retailer turns out to be correct, and iBall officially launches the Andi 4L Pulse at Rs. 4,899, the Andi 4L Pulse will be arguably India's cheapest smartphone with Windows Phone 8.1 - leaving behind the Celkon Win 400 for Rs. 4,979 and the Lava Iris Win1 at Rs. 4,999.
