HTC Bee Specifications & Review

HTCBee-1.jpg

The new HTC Bee is expected to land at Big Red as the carrier’s version of the HTC Aria that landed at AT&T several months ago. Little was known so far on the upcoming handset, which was previously spotted in a leaked blurry photo, but things are bound to change, it seems, since a better quality image with it emerged, complemented by some leaked specs of the handset. The specification list of the device includes a QVGA touchscreen display, a 528MHz Qualcomm processor, complemented by 384MB of RAM.
The HTC Bee is also expected to boast a 5-megapixel photo snapper with flash and video recording, while running under Google’s new Android 2.2 operating system. While the available photo with the HTC Bee does not show carrier branding, a leaked ROM for the device (via 911sniper) is meant to prove that Verizon Wireless is the phone’s destination.

No possible release date has come forth in the leaked information so far. For what it’s worth, no specific info on HTC Bee’s landing emerged for the time being, nor on the price tag it might sport when launched at the wireless carrier. However, it might not be too long before Verizon makes the new device available for purchase on its airwaves, so keep an eye on this space for additional info on the matter.
