Google Project Tango Tablet Dev Kit announced – to pack NVIDIA Tegra K1



We already know much about Google’s Project Tango, which is a company’s new project being lead by Google’s ATAP (Advanced Technologies and Projects) group which is designed to “give mobile devices a human-scale understanding of space and motion.”

The original Tango devices which was unveiled a few months back shows how it can use its advanced cameras and sensors to 3D map environments in real time. And a few days after that, Google also announced its Project Tango based tablets.

The Google Project Tango Tablet Development Kit is powered by an NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of Internal Storage. There is also a 4MP rear camera packed with a motion tracking camera, integrated depth sensor and a 120-degree front camera.
