AT&T HP Veer 4G Smartphone





AT&T today announced that the HP Veer 4G will be available from AT&T at its stores and online on May 15.

At the size of a credit card and no thicker than a deck of cards, the HP Veer is the smallest full-featured webOS smartphone. and has all of the features and capabilities of a smartphone without compromising on size and style.

It features a 2.6-inch 320×400 multitouch display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 5 Megapixel camera, built-in GPS/A-GPS support, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. It has 8GB internal storage.
The HP Veer 4G is powered by Qualcomm’s SnapDragon MSM7230 800MHz processor and runs HP webOS 2.1.

The Veer 4G, as its name indicated, supports tri-band UMTS 3G, HSDPA Cat 10/HSUPA Cat 6 4G as well as quad-band GSM/EDGE networks.

With an AT&T DataPro 4GB plan, users can turn the phone into a mobile hotspot for up to five devices.

The HP Veer 4G will be available from AT&T in black and white for $100.
