Apple iOS 9 public beta released

Apple has released a public beta version of its upcoming iOS 9 software. This is the first time Apple is making a beta version available to public.

iOS 9 includes an improved and smarter version of Siri, better system-level privacy and split-screen multitasking on the iPad. It also features a “low power mode” for extending battery life, transit directions in Apple Maps, and a new curated News apps. Apple has even added new photo folders for screenshots and selfies. Other feature includes notes app, wallet that replaces Passbook and multitasking has been revamped so when you go to close apps you can flip through a carousel instead of a long stream. Finally there is Proactive search predicts information which include contacts, apps, news items, and other key info like flight itineraries, etc

Just yesterday, Apple released iOS 9 beta 3 for private with various updates and improvements. Users who want to try the new version of iOS 9 public beta will have to join Apple Beta Software Program with their Apple ID.
