cer Liquid E2 is now official. The smartphone is intended for the European market and offers top-notch performance thanks to the quad-core processor inside and optional dual-SIM telephony.
The Liquid E2 packs a 4.5-inch qHD (sigh) IPS display and is powered by the MediaTek MT6589 platform with a quad-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A7 processor, PowerVR SGX544MP graphics and 1GB of RAM. There are 4 gigs of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card slot too.

Acer has equipped the Liquid E2 with stereo speakers and DTS sound enhancement for the audiophiles.
Acer will release the Liquid E2 in mid-May in Belgium, Netherlands, Ukraine, France, followed by Spain, UK, Italy, Germany and Russia with a suggested retail price of just €229. The price of the dual-SIM model is yet to be revealed. Liquid E2 will launch in black and white versions. There is no info whether the device will become available in other countries later.
